Meet Russ

Russ reads the crowd and lets the momentum build, with a musician’s feel for timing from his background in a live band. He has 18 years behind the decks, and his sets range across classic rock, 90s hits, old favourites and modern dance hits.

At weddings and private events, he works with each couple on a soundtrack that is entirely their own. He sets the tone during dinner and knows when to lift the energy and fill the floor, and on the day he reads the room, takes requests and follows the celebration as it unfolds.

What drives Russ is getting people moving. Every wedding is different, and he looks for the unplanned musical moments that guests still talk about later. Couples get a DJ who brings the party and the reassurance of long experience.
